It is a matter of pride that we move on to the fourth of our AAPUD conference. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the faculty, staff and management at the institution and specially the respective organizing secretaries for having made it possible each year. The enthusiasm and encouragement of the delegates have buoyed us.

Having conceived it with our budding post graduates and practicing consultants in mind, we have been grateful to both international and national faculty from premier institutions who have taken their time out to make this conference a truly educative affair.

This year we move onto the jugalbandhi of dermatology and pathology. Skin and its reaction patterns have always intrigued both the young and the experienced in the field. The challenge of a skin biopsy is worth a few missed beats and nail bites. The organizing team of Dr Malini and Dr Gopikrishnan are putting together with the esteemed faculty panel help demystify the vagaries of the skin.

We were looking forward to welcoming and hosting you at Cochin but with the pandemic we have decided to have this as a virtual treat and we promise you an exciting academic feast over 3 days.
